Online course websites must be of high quality in order to help and encourage students gathering knowledge, understand the meaning, interpret problems and solutions, use and apply concepts and methods, analyze and classify material, synthesize structures and patterns, and make judgments about the value of materials and ideas. In this research concentrate on the web-based evaluation framework of online courses and Learning Management System (LMS), Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) based on web-based questionnaires that are directed at different target groups for the course contents and the design of the LMS as well as the website.
