To earn your Certified Internet Research Specialist (CIRS) credential, you need to meet the education requirements and pass the CIRS examination, a 90-question, multiple-choice 90 minutes exam.
The CIRS Candidates are evaluated on their relevant knowledge gained through course workbook (CIRS Training Manual) and Practice Exams. The exam consists of 4 modules. Each module will have a traditional multiple-choice, true/false, and multiple answer examinations. The certification candidate has 90 minutes to complete the exam. The exam is available through online access 24x7 anywhere in the world. On average, successful CIRS candidates will spend 36 hours or more to prepare, so make sure you leave yourself plenty of preparation time before you take the exam.
The Examination Vouchers entitles you to take the maximum of (3) three examinations attempts. You will get an unlimited practice exam to prepare for your final exam. It will improve your exam-taking skills and re-enforce what you have learned during your studying of the main. All tests are rotational (changes automatically), and the questions are changed every time to give you the best practice experience.
In case if you are unsuccessful in passing all three (3) attempts, the voucher will expire, and you will be asked to purchase a new voucher again. Once purchased, the exam will be activated within 24 hours.
All Associate Members in good standing that have passed the CIRS Examination will gain the designation of “Certified Internet Research Specialists (CIRS)” and you can download a Digital Copy of your Certificate immediately after passing the exam.
