Web analytics in measuring website success 08 Apr 2015 13:06 #204

The following would be a good criteria to use when deciding on a web analytic software. If you check for these features, I'm sure you'll be able to make a wise decision about which web analytic tool to select.

1. Connectivity
2. Professional services
3. Data storage infrastructure
4. Respecting legal requirements
5. Real-time analyses
6. Documentation, language and support
7. Present and future costs
8. Supplier reliability
9. Features
10. Test the solution
11. Service level (SLA)
12. Data ownership

Yes, you are right. I did the same thing when I wanted to buy a web analytic software. There are so many web analytic vendors online and Im sure you can get easily lost.

Why don't you check this link: www.terrylund.com/vendorListing.shtml

I would suggest that first you list down the specific features that you are looking for and then try to find a web analytic software that suits your requirement.
