Hi Subly1950. I did some search on the internet, but I couldn't find any solid guidance on where to complain website privacy policy violations. Why don't you talk to someone who maintains a website, they may be able to give you more insight on this.

Where should I complain if I find that a website is in violation of their privacy policy?

It is very important to have a privacy policy for your website because it inform the user what the business does with the data and that it conforms to protecting that data.The Privacy Policy also needs to explain what cookies the website will create and what they are for.
