Yes I agree with Cation and Unely1984. Whether it is on the internet or outside the internet, freedom of expression should be exercised correctly. One should not misuse it.

I think its important to understand what constitute freedom of expression. Following section I got from wikipedia says;

"The right to freedom of expression is recognized as a human right under Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and recognized in international human rights law in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR). but article 19 also says that the exercise of these rights carries "special duties and responsibilities" and may "therefore be subject to certain restrictions" when necessary "[f]or respect of the rights or reputation of others" or "[f]or the protection of national security or of public order (order public), or of public health or morals".

I personally feel that's its safe to avoid insulting speech on someone on the internet. I think some government’s prohibit this kind of speech on the internet.

Think it depends on country's own jurisdiction.

If I express my true opinion on something, even if it involves insulting someone else, Im still doing the right thing? Am I not?
