COP Certification Issuance
Students are given the option of downloading a "Certificate of Proficiency" in "Web Search Methods & Techniques" online - this course does not require students to take any exams. However, in order to receive the COP (Certificate of Proficiency), students must maintain a 77% participation rate in online classes.
Students who need credit for equivalency to apply to CIRS™ Module 2 need register for the online exam. Students will be assisted by the instructor in passing the exam. Students should complete the “Web Search Methods & Techniques” course within two weeks (15 days) of the completion of online classes. Based on the curriculum taught during the course and the hands-on practical examples practiced by students, the instructor ensures that the student has a very high chance of passing the exam
Online Exam Assistance
- Students have access to a variety of practice and mock exams.
- Students are given a Training Guide and Addendum Notes.
- Students can use the Q&A Practice Exam to practice the types of questions they will experience on real exams.
- A "Video Recording" of the classes is archived for students to watch later or for those who missed the lecture to catch up on.
- The instructor is available via email/chat to provide additional guidance and answer subject-specific questions for 15 days after the course is concluded.
